The owner and staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast, with vegan options available. It was great to see such attention to detail and thoughtfulness in providing for different dietary needs.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was spot on - the decor and feel of the place were lovely, creating a clean, light, and homely atmosphere. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful, despite English not being their first language. They greeted us warmly and went out of their way to assist us throughout our stay. Lastly, the family room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a separate room for parents and a trundle bed that comfortably fit our family of five. We also loved the great outdoor space for the kids to run around.

The room was basic and could use some updates. I wish they had screens on the windows to keep the bugs out, so I could have enjoyed the cool breeze at night without worrying about being bitten by mosquitoes.

Another bonus was the 'relax' areas, which had a lounge with a fridge, microwave, and kitchen supplies. a really positive experience and I can't wait to return!

The city break hotel we chose had a decent location, a few key attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transport. the staff were approachable and helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. the hotel also had a nice cozy atmosphere.

We were not impressed with the basic room we received. the furniture and amenities seemed outdated and were not properly cleaned, there was a musty smell lingering, and the uncomfortable bed made it impossible to sleep through the night.
